Job Creation
Create jobs directly from maintenance schedules, projects or on an ad-hoc basis. Record job specific information such as:
job type and priority
current job status
labour and materials requirements, and additional costs
comments related to the job

fmXpert has several powerful job tracking features, including:
'at a glance' job details - quickly retrieve and view information about a particular job in the Task pane. The Task pane lists all the jobs in the system sorted by job status, controller, client or supplier (user-configurable)
colour-coded job status (user configurable)
automated job progression within fmXpert (user-configurable)
customisable, auto-generated email notifications on stage completion/failure. Define email alerts as required: for example:
to alert a job controller when a job is awaiting parts
to alert a client where a job requires further approval, etc
